The '''Primary Menu Option''' is the first menu provided to a VistA user through the menu system established by [[VA MenuMan]].  If the menu has a LOCK with a  security key on it, the VistA user must be a [[Configuration How To Allocate Keys|Holder]] of the Security Key, or MenuMan will not allow access to the system.


The following dialog is the result if a person attempts to login, and isn't a holder of the security key that locks their primary menu option.
