 that when she attempted to run {{g|CPRS}} that Microsoft Defender presented this screen (edited for size)

 [[Sam Habiel]] mentioned that
 CPRS is self-compiled with no code signing certificates used to sign it. If you know where you 
 downloaded it from, you can override this error.

 [[Roy Gaber]] mentioned that 
 You should be able to select More Info and there is an option which allows you to authorize the app to run.
