Dispensing Worksheet

This worksheet compiles a list of all pending Controlled Substances request orders for a selected dispensing site. A worksheet number, drug name, quantity ordered, requesting NAOU, ordered by, comments, and blanks for pharmacy dispensing number, manufacturer, lot number, and expiration date are listed on the worksheet.
