- Adverse Drug Reaction
- Also called “ADR," any response to a drug which is noxious and unintended, and which occurs at doses normally used in humans for treatment, diagnosis, or therapy of a disease, or for modifying physiological functions, including toxicity caused by overdose, drug interaction, drug abuse, drug withdrawal, significant failure of expected action, food-drug interaction, or allergy.
