- Medication Variance Log Report
- A report in BCMA that provides “exceptions” (variances) to the medication administration process. It also lists “event” information within a selected date range, such as the type and number of events, and the total percentage of events that occurred. A variance preceded by a minus sign (such as –24) indicates the number of minutes that a medication was given before the administration time.
