XWB REMOTE CLEAR
This RPC is used to clear the data created by a remote RPC under the HANDLE in the ^XTMP. Pass the HANDLE returned by XWB REMOTE RPC.
RETURN VALUE: An array. The first node in the array is equal to 1.
