You can run CPRS on Wine; there is one little tweak you need to make as comctrl32 that is part of Wine doesn't work with CPRS.
You first need to install Wine and Winetricks.
Install comctrl32:
winetricks comctl32
Then run CPRS:
wine CPRSChart.exe s=server_address p=port_number
