"Patient Selection Flag Not Set"

Problem statement
I am working with a version of CPRS, and when I log in, I get a message box that says "Patient Selection Flag Not Set", and then CPRS exits.
What do I do?
There is something missing from my record in the NEW PATIENT file.
This is found on the third page of the edit user ScreenMan form OPTION XUSEREDIT where the field RESTRICT PATIENT SELECTION should be set to NO
