Green Sheet Number
Control number assigned by pharmacy when dispensing a Controlled Substances drug. This number is used to track the Green Sheet and drug. It is also referred to as the GS #, dispensing #, or disp #, or transaction # throughout the Controlled Substances V. 3.0 package.
