"Patient Selection Flag Not Set"

I am working with a version of CPRS, and when I log in, I get a message box that says "Patient Selection Flag Not Set", and then CPRS exits.
What do I do?
This is found on the third page of the edit user screenman form [OPTION XUSEREDIT] where the field RESTRICT PATIENT SELECTION should be set to NO
