Custom Splash Screen: default is splash screen for WorldVistA

User-definable Splash Screen: If user puts a file named 'splash.jpg', then it will be loaded into splash screen for customization

Retry prompt if login fails: If log in fails, dialog box is presented to allow user to retry if wanted. This is nice for login time-outs.
