Episode 68 Provider appear on Primary Provider Selection Box?

So I have security keys set to ORES and Provider with Person class Allopathic and Osteopathic Physician, User class is Physician and they can select patients and see records in TMG-CPRS.
They do not appear in the list of Selectable Primary Providers. What key am I missing?
