Problem Draft Status~

- Problem Draft Status
- A Record may be designated as Problem Draft if the information is incomplete or inaccurate. This label should alert the provider that there is some problem with the information that needs to be resolved. The Record may be edited or deleted. It is not released to non-key holders for viewing in report form.
