Rick Marshall has been involved with the MUMPS and VISTA community for many years.
He heavily re-wrote the TaskMan software of VistA, and was part of the {[FileMan]] Development team when he worked for the VA. He worked out of the San Francisco Integrated Service Center, and used toad as a signature on his code.
He was a vice-Chair in the MUMPS Development Committee and was one of the founders of the WorldVistA nonprofit. Currently, most of his time has been spent with the VISTA Expertise Network, which he founded.
